Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Patient Safety Associate to provide 1:1 care and monitoring for patients requiring suicide precautions and close observation. If no 1:1 cases are active, you may assist Transport or Environmental Services while remaining focused on patient safety.

The weekend PSA schedule is 2/4 with shifts 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, reflecting a role that supports patient safety and environment care in a collaborative hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School or GED completion.
• BLS certification, or obtained within first 30 days of hire.
• Related healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care and monitoring for patients who require suicide precautions or close observation.
• If no 1:1 observations are needed, assist Transport and/or Environmental Services.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
