Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a part-time Parking Concierge in Knoxville to warmly greet self-parking guests and assist with directions, equipment use and guest information. You will collect and reconcile revenue and handle payments, while supporting multiple garages in the district.

The position is weekends, part-time, with a bi-weekly gas stipend and base pay of $16 per hour. Candidates should be 18+, pass background checks, and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• One to three months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record and drug screen.
• Must have valid Driver’s license issued from the state in which they work and reside.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers and clients.
• Uses proper Towne Park phone etiquette and assists guests with directions and inquiries.
• Identifies and collects revenue for all vehicles and reconciles revenue; completes shift reports and cash drops.
• Operates equipment including registers, gates and credit card machines; obtains information about daily events and rates to be charged.
