Job summary

LAZ Parking Knoxville is seeking Event Valet Attendants to greet hotel guests, park cars, and provide a professional, friendly experience at our events.

The role is part-time and event-based with shifts that vary by events. Pay rate is $16.00/hr plus tips, with many events across concerts, sports, comedy shows, and more. Benefits include paid training, a free uniform, Pay Cards, and Payactiv for on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars like a champ. Greet customers by name and build rapport.
• Direct traffic to keep the flow of cars organized with a smile.
• Work with or without supervision and stay proactive and self-reliant.
• Promote excellent customer relations and ensure a positive first and last impression.
