Responsibilities

• Operate meat forming, shaping, and portioning line to meet production plan.
• Inspect ingredients and in-process materials for quality compliance.
• Maintain logs of units produced and discard records.
• Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance tasks.
• Follow Quality Program and Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Report maintenance and quality issues to supervisors.
• Interface with ERP system for inventory and lot traceability.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
