Job summary

Baxter in Skaneateles Falls, NY is seeking a Packaging Associate for Saturdays and Sundays, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, to support the production and packaging of Blood Pressure Cuffs. You will ensure accurate labeling, proper packaging, and adherence to quality standards.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and you’ll work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Package cuffs and finished products per work instructions.
• Label and prepare components for shipment with protection and completeness.
• Stack and organize boxes on pallets for shipping and storage.
• Maintain inventory by replenishing materials as needed.
• Report inventory discrepancies and quality concerns.
• Inspect products for defects and nonconformities.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training and participate in Kaizen events.
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace per 6S.
• Contribute to a Zero Harm culture by following safety rules.
