Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Packaging Associate to support the production of Blood Pressure Cuffs. You will package, label, and prepare components for shipment, while maintaining inventory and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and offers on-the-job training. Weekend and shift work are possible, with formal GMP and safety compliance expected throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, specifications, and work procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and workstations.

Responsibilities

• Package cuffs and other finished products from the production line according to work instructions.
• Package, label, and prepare components and assemblies for shipment with protection and completeness.
• Stack and organize boxes on pallets for shipping and storage following safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory by replenishing materials and components as needed.
• Report inventory discrepancies, material shortages, and quality concerns to Team Leaders.
• Inspect products and materials for defects and nonconformities.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training programs and lean initiatives like Kaizen.
