Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is hiring a Packaging Associate to support the production of blood pressure cuffs. You will package, label, and prepare components for shipment, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance throughout the process.

Join a collaborative manufacturing team focused on efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. Prior manufacturing experience is not required; training is provided, with a weekend-first shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, specifications, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Package cuffs and finished products per work instructions.
• Label and prepare components for shipment; ensure protection and completeness.
• Stack and organize boxes on pallets for shipping and storage.
• Maintain inventory levels by replenishing materials as needed.
• Report inventory discrepancies and quality concerns to Team Leaders.
• Inspect products and materials for defects or nonconforming conditions.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training and participate in advanced training opportunities.
• Support Lean and Kaizen initiatives; maintain 6S workspace.
