Job summary

Baxter in Skaneateles Falls, NY is seeking a Packaging Associate to support the production of medical devices by packaging finished products and preparing components for shipment. You will ensure products are packed accurately, safely, and in compliance with quality standards while contributing to efficient operations.

No prior manufacturing experience is required as on‑the‑job training is provided; schedule is Sunday night through Friday morning; pay is $21.00 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to read and understand written instructions, specifications, and work procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Package cuffs and finished products from the production line per work instructions.
• Label and prepare components for shipment, ensuring protection and completeness.
• Stack and organize boxes on pallets for shipping in accordance with safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory by replenishing materials and components as needed.
• Report inventory discrepancies and quality concerns to Team Leaders.
• Inspect products for defects and nonconforming conditions.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements and complete required training.
