Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Packaging Associate for a Monday–Friday 6:30am–3:00pm shift at our Skaneateles Falls facility. You will support the production of Blood Pressure Cuffs by packaging, labeling, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to GMP and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and work procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills.

Responsibilities

• Package cuffs and finished products according to work instructions.
• Label and prepare components for shipment, ensuring protection and completeness.
• Stack boxes on pallets and manage storage per safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory by replenishing materials as needed.
• Report discrepancies and quality concerns to Team Leaders.
