Job summary

NOW Health Group INC in Sparks, NV is seeking a Machine Operator to operate packaging and processing lines, perform setup, run, adjust machines, and sanitize equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

You will conduct quality checks, complete production records, and support safety and GMP procedures while contributing to continuous improvement. A high school diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Experience operating packaging/processing lines preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food or pharmaceuticals, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines and perform changeovers in line with SOPs and safety standards.
• Prepare and clean work area; sanitize food-contact surfaces between changes.
• Record production information and perform routine quality checks.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist maintenance when needed.
• Assist in training other operators on basic manufacturing processes.
