Job summary

NOW Health Group INC. is seeking a Machine Operator for overnight shifts to run and adjust packaging and processing lines, ensure sanitation, and complete changeovers to meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, troubleshooting, quality checks, and documentation. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with certification across packaging/processing areas preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Certification as a Machine Operator in one to three Packaging/Processing areas.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience operating blending/processing and/or packaging machines/equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates lines/equipment and performs set up and changeovers within required timelines.
• Maintains clean and sanitized work area; adheres to GMPs and safety requirements.
• Conducts regular quality checks on ingredients and finished product; logs results.
• Documents production tickets and updates batch records in the computer system.
• Trains employees on basic manufacturing processes, machine setup, operation, and safety.
• Performs minor machine maintenance and escalation as needed to maintenance.
