Job summary

NOW Health Group INC. seeks a skilled Machine Operator to run and adjust packaging and processing equipment, perform sanitation, and handle changeovers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will follow SOPs and quality standards, document production data, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe workplace and using appropriate lifting equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with six months related experience.
• Experience operating blending/processing and/or packaging machines preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably food or pharmaceuticals, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate lines and perform changeovers to meet timelines.
• Perform sanitation and quality checks on products and equipment.
• Record production information and report to supervisor or lead.
• Train employees on basic manufacturing processes when needed.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform maintenance as needed.
