Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a capable Machine Operator to operate packaging and processing lines in Sparks, NV. The role covers setup, running, and adjustments, plus sanitation and changeover tasks during a Fri-Sun night shift. Certification in packaging/processing areas is preferred.

You will perform quality checks, assist with line maintenance, and participate in safety and efficiency initiatives while ensuring accurate documentation and timely reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating packaging/processing equipment is desirable.
• Ability to read SOPs, batch records, and quality instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging/processing lines; set up, run, adjust machines.
• Perform sanitation, changeovers and basic maintenance.
• Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished product.
• Log production data and lot information in the system.
• Assist with training of new operators when needed.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards throughout the shift.
