Job summary

NOW Health Group INC in Sparks, NV seeks a Manufacturing Operator to support packaging and processing in a fast-paced facility. You will set up lines, perform changeovers, and run equipment to meet safety, quality and efficiency goals.

You will conduct regular quality checks, document production data, assist with training, and participate in continuous improvement efforts while complying with GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with six months related experience preferred.
• Experience operating blending/processing and/or packaging machines/equipment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food or pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Operate lines and equipment to meet safety, quality and efficiency goals.
• Prepare and clean work area at shift start and end per SOPs.
• Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished product.
• Record production data and submit daily reports.
• Assist with training on basic manufacturing processes and GMP compliance.
