Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related experience.
• Prefer post-secondary education and prior team leadership.
• Experience in blending/processing and packaging equipment helpful.
• Manufacturing experience in food/pharma preferred; Lean knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift, monitor performance, and adjust tasks to hit daily goals.
• Coach and train production staff; write SOPs and work instructions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with cGMP and OSHA.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules.
