Saga Senior Living is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist for the weekend overnight shift at our Kingwood, TX location. This part-time role involves welcoming residents, families, and visitors, handling calls, and coordinating transportation to ensure a safe and well-run front desk environment.

You will work Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM, join a supportive team, and contribute to aContinuum of care that adapts as residents’ needs change.

Qualifications

• Experience as receptionist/front desk or customer service.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Excellent English communication.
• Willing to work overnight weekend shifts.
• In-person availability in Kingwood, TX.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors.
• Answer and route phone calls, greet guests, and respond to requests.
• Schedule and coordinate resident transportation and appointments.
• Assist with front desk administrative tasks such as logs and records.
• Pass information between residents and staff to keep the building welcoming and secure.
