Copperfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Houston is seeking a part-time Receptionist for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am-5:30pm). You will answer calls, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate office or resident room, while maintaining resident contact lists and handling ID badges.

Qualifications

• Experience as receptionist preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle visitors and direct to proper office.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
• Greet visitors and direct to appropriate office and/or resident room.
• Maintain a current listing of critical residents and/or residents who may not receive phone calls due to their condition.
• Issue and collect identification badges as representatives sign in/out.
