Training, teamwork, and compassionate service are essential as you support daily living tasks and documentation. Requires a valid driver's license, 18+ age, and basic computer skills; weekend shifts offer a $2/hour differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support per individual service plans, including socialization and health maintenance.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, housekeeping, transportation, shopping, and community integration.
• Administer medications if assigned and document delivery of medications.
• Record progress and maintain confidentiality.
