Planned Companies is seeking a Part Time Weekend Overnight Concierge in Washington, DC. This role covers Saturday and Sunday shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (16 hours per week).

You will greet tenants and guests, coordinate reservations, assist with events, and provide local guidance to enhance safety and comfort. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Formación

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Desire to provide a warm, welcoming experience for tenants and visitors.
• Knowledge of local attractions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet tenants, guests and vendors and provide directions.
• Coordinate reservations and schedule on-site events.
• Offer local guidance for dining, entertainment and transportation.
• Document deliveries and manage access control.
• Answer phones and monitor lobby during shifts.
