Job summary

Ellie Mental Health-Metro Boston is seeking licensed therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist) for hybrid outpatient roles in Newton, MA. In-person client meetings at least one weekend day are expected; virtual work on other days is flexible.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences required (MA, MS, MSW, etc).
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC/Psychologist) or working towards licensure.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Knowledge of community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated professional boundaries with clients.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems.
• Ability to pass a background check and work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop/maintain treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a caseload (25+ weekly for full-time) or adjust to preferred schedule.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team.
• Use creative interventions to help clients meet goals.
• Prepare and submit session documents per policy.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other staff.
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings.
