The role includes a substantial salary range with comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling, and centralized support. In-office Saturdays or Sundays are required, with other days flexible.

Qualifications

• Must hold Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist) or be pursuing licensure.
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems.
• Ability to pass a background check and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement, and maintain treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week for full-time status or more as available.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team to advance community care.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals and complete required documentation.
