Qualifications

• Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, etc.) needed.
• Ability to work Saturdays and remotely on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team.
• Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system.
