Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking licensed or license-eligible therapists for a hybrid outpatient role in Massachusetts. You’ll see clients in-person at least one weekend day and work virtually on other days, with strong administrative support and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited program.
• Massachusetts licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC/Psychologist) or pursuing licensure.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/maintain treatment plans.
• Maintain caseloads (25 visits/week for FT) or more with demand.
• Provide exceptional client service and collaborate with a clinical team.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school staff.
