Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited institution.
• Currently licensed or pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LMHC or Psychologist licensure.
• Experience completing diagnostics, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
• Knowledge of therapy services, resources, insurance billing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate diagnoses and create/maintain treatment plans with documentation.
• Maintain a caseload for full-time status, 25 client visits weekly or more.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a clinical team.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school personnel.
