Methodist Senior Services, Inc. is seeking a PRN Weekend Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at Trinity Place in Columbus, Mississippi.

This role offers flexible weekend hours, enabling you to build relationships with residents and help maintain or regain independence. As a faith-based, non-profit organization, we provide resident-centered care with support from an experienced rehabilitation team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Mississippi license/certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adequate computer skills to complete required job duties and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs and develop a comprehensive care plan.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled OT services per physician orders and care plans.
• Address functional limitations related to daily living and mobility.
• Monitor progress and document services per standards.
• Collaborate with residents, families, nursing staff, and the care team.
• Supervise OT Assistants as appropriate.
• Promote safety, independence and quality of life.
