Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Surgical & Perrine Oncology IP Center on a 0.6 weekend option schedule. This part-time role requires compassionate, patient-centered care, safe nursing practice, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes.

The RN will provide direct bedside care, participate in handoffs, educate patients and families, and adhere to Mercy’s policies.

• Mentor and direct other licensed and non-licensed staff in care delivery.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families using age-appropriate methods.
• Stay current on evidence-based practice and Mercy safety guidelines.
