Qualifications

• Current RN license in Iowa or compact state.
• BLS certification as per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clinically relevant information at handoffs and with patients and families.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate patient care.
• Document nursing care in real time according to policy.
• Lead and delegate to licensed and unlicensed staff as assigned.
• Support patient safety and educate patients and families.
