Mercy Medical Center - Cedar Rapids in Iowa is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care setting. You will communicate clearly with patients, families and the care team, and ensure accurate, real-time documentation of nursing care.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of the patient plan, directing other staff, and delivering age-appropriate communication.

Qualifications

• Sound background in nursing principles and procedures.
• Competent in unit-specific skills and safe basic nursing care.
• Current RN license in Iowa or compact state; BLS certification required.
• Mandatory reporter training for Iowa Dependent Adult and Child Abuse.
