Job summary

CoxHealth South Emergency Department is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care for patients of all ages during the initial phase of acute illness or trauma. You will triage, assess, stabilize and coordinate care to ensure efficient patient flow and timely discharge.

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with MO RN licensure and BLS; ACLS, PALS, ENPC and TNCC certifications must be obtained within the specified time frames.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in the Emergency Department, triage, prioritize and manage patient needs.
• Support patient flow and coordinate care from admission to discharge.
