Job summary

Sharebite is seeking a part-time Client Operations Associate to manage on-site group orders at enterprise client offices in Los Angeles. You will coordinate deliveries, escort couriers, and organize meals to ensure smooth operations and timely arrivals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in operations or hospitality, can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and collaborate with Restaurant Operations and Customer Support teams. Limited travel within LA may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in operations, hospitality, food service, events or a client-facing role
• Dependable, professional and trustworthy representation of a brand
• Calm under pressure and able to reassure clients without overpromising
• Clear, concise communicator who relays details quickly to internal teams
• Comfortable with client staff from managers to executives
• Able to use scheduling apps and manage daily operational tasks

Responsibilities

• Monitor group orders after the ordering window closes with Restaurant Operations and Customer Care
• Be on-site at client offices to manage delivery logistics and escort couriers
• Unpack and arrange large volumes of meals on Sharebite shelves for easy access
• Stay on-site until all meals are claimed and resolve issues with Customer Support
• Check out with office management after each delivery and collect feedback
• Represent Sharebite to client employees, answering questions and providing support
