Job summary

LAUNCH is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support client relationships in Midland, TX. You will work with senior leaders to improve day-to-day client engagement, assist with candidate and contractor management, and learn LAUNCH's processes, systems, and service expectations.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, coordinating recruiting activities, and providing delivery support while developing foundational skills in account operations and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, account coordination, or a related role.
• Experience using CRM, ATS, or similar tracking systems; Bullhorn experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Support onsite client engagement and participate in client meetings as directed by senior leadership.
• Build relationships with client contacts through timely follow-up and professional service.
• Assist in maintaining client information, account notes, and follow-up reminders in LAUNCH's CRM.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and communicate next steps to internal teams.
• Help verify pay, billing, and rate details in ATS under guidance from senior team members.
• Track aging submittals and assist with client follow-up to obtain feedback.
• Coordinate proactive candidate presentation opportunities based on availability and client needs.
