Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Support onsite client engagement and participate in client meetings as directed by senior leadership.
• Build relationships with client contacts through timely follow-up and professional service.
• Assist in maintaining client information, account notes, and follow-up reminders in LAUNCH's CRM.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and communicate next steps to internal teams.

POSITION :

Junior Account Manager, AST - Midland, TX

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

LAUNCH is hiring a Junior Account Manager to support the customer relationship in Midland, TX. This role will work closely with senior commercial and delivery leaders to strengthen day-to-day client engagement, support candidate and contractor management, and assist with operational follow-through. The Junior Account Manager will build foundational experience in client management, recruiting coordination, delivery support, and account operations while learning LAUNCH's processes, systems, and service expectations.

• Client Management:
• Support onsite client engagement and participate in client meetings as directed by senior leadership.
• Build relationships with assigned client contacts by providing timely follow-up, accurate information, and professional service.
• Assist in maintaining client contact information, account notes, and follow-up reminders in LAUNCH's CRM.
• Help identify client needs, open items, and potential opportunities for additional LAUNCH support, escalating to senior team members as appropriate.
• Prepare meeting notes, action items, and follow-up communications to support client service and accountability.
• Monitor client social media and public updates to help identify relevant business activity or service opportunities.
• Candidate Management (Recruiting):
• Review candidate submittals for completeness and alignment with client requirements, escalating concerns or red flags to senior team members.
• Assist with coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and communicating next steps to internal teams.
• Support LAUNCH Tracking reports and help ensure candidate and contractor information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with reporting instructions, start details, orientation support, and indoc processing for new hires.
• Conduct routine contractor check-ins and elevate attendance, performance, attitude, or behavior concerns as needed.
• Assist with out-processing candidates upon assignment completion or termination.
• Document candidate and contractor activity in Bullhorn in accordance with LAUNCH process expectations.
• Delivery:
• Support the requisition consultation process by gathering client requirements, documenting details, and communicating updates to the delivery team.
• Assist with requalifying open requirements and updating job orders as new information becomes available.
• Help verify pay, bill, bonus, sick, training, and double time rate details in ATS under guidance from senior team members.
• Track aging submittals and assist with client follow-up to obtain feedback.
• Help coordinate proactive candidate presentation opportunities based on candidate experience, availability, and client needs.
• Participate in client requisition meetings and capture action items for follow-up.
• Operations (Corporate)
• Assist with coordinating recruiting resources and internal communication to support customer demand.
• Track basic recruiting efficiency metrics and provide updates to senior team members.
• Support HR, safety, payroll, or compliance follow-up by collecting information and routing items to the appropriate internal contacts.
• Assist with weekly start report accuracy and quality control for assigned starts.

MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, account coordination, or a related role
• Experience using CRM, ATS, or similar tracking systems preferred; Bullhorn experience a plus
• Prior staffing, recruiting, aviation, aerospace, or field service experience preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
