Job summary

Trove Home Care is seeking a proactive Part-Time On-Call Scheduling Coordinator to support our on-call team. The role focuses on rotating weekend coverage (roughly 4–8 hours per weekend) with additional holiday and vacation coverage as needed.

You will respond to caregiver call-offs, coordinate coverage using our scheduling system, and document changes in WellSky. Candidates should have 1–2 years scheduling experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years scheduling experience preferred, especially in home care or healthcare.
• Experience with WellSky is highly desired.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to caregiver call-offs, scheduling conflicts, and urgent after-hours needs promptly.
• Coordinate caregiver coverage using the scheduling system and by contacting available caregivers.
• Monitor shift notifications, including clock-ins and clock-outs.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, families, and team about scheduling changes.
• Document conversations and changes in WellSky and follow up as needed.
• Provide on-call coverage during team vacations and planned absences.
• Follow company policies and escalation procedures for after-hours situations.
