PACS Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the United States to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and providing high-quality resident care.

The role involves assisting the DON/ADON, developing and updating nursing service policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and coordinating with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures for nursing services.
• Maintain current Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure staff adherence to it.
• Provide reports and recommendations to the Director of Nursing as required.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in the facility's quality assurance program for nursing services.
• Assist in facility surveys conducted by government agencies and regulators.
• Contribute to discharge planning and resident care planning processes.
