Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty. The role ensures care is delivered in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines, under the direction of the DON/ADON when applicable.

The RN will support the Director of Nursing in daily operations, contribute to policy development, and ensure the Nursing Service Procedures Manual is current and followed.

Qualifications

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident care activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
• Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures for the nursing service department.
• Ensure that Nursing Service Procedures Manual is current and that staff comply with its procedures.
• Make reports to the Director as necessary concerning the operation of the nursing service department.
• Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
