At Twilight – Texas is seeking a compassionate PRN Hospice RN for every other weekend to triage calls and visit patients as needed. The role focuses on delivering high-quality end-of-life care with flexibility in scheduling across Ft Worth/Dallas county.

Formación

• Texas RN license required.
• Hospice experience preferred (1+ year).
• Strong assessment and clinical decision skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently with good time management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care per the patient’s care plan.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Coordinate care with the inter-disciplinary team.
• Educate and support patients and families to promote dignity.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document care and patient status changes promptly.
• Communicate with patients, families, and team to address needs.
