Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate PRN On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend coverage. The role involves delivering skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring smooth care transitions with families.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license in Georgia, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN experience in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Current RN license in the state
• Current CPR certification
• Two years RN experience in a clinical setting; hospice/home health preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficient with computers; MS Office experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support patients and families

Responsibilities
