Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a passionate PRN On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team serving Clarke County and surrounding areas. Primary responsibilities include administering skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, patient, family, and referring agencies.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, CPR, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of RN experience in clinical settings; hospice/home

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN license and valid driver’s license.
• Two years’ RN experience in a clinical setting; hospice or home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with computers; MS Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support the patient and family.
• Demonstrate nursing practice and coping with family emotional stress.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their place of residence.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
