Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking a compassionate PRN On-Call Registered Nurse to join our hospice team and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. You will administer skilled nursing care in clients' homes, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and support families with empathy and professionalism.

Territory includes Roswell, Alpharetta, Woodstock, Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, and Canton. The role emphasizes on-call coverage Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm, with

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Current state license as an RN and current state driver’s license
• Two years’ experience as an RN in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Proficient skill using a computer is required; Microsoft office suite experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide effective support to the patient and family
• Demonstrate skill in nursing practice, ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their place of residence and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Coordinate care with patient/family and referring agency
• Assume responsibility for coordination of care
