Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a Hospice RN for weekend on-call to support our Universal Hospice ministry across Logan, Champaign, Hardin, and Auglaize Counties. You will manage a primary caseload and deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in home health, hospice, and clinic settings.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and an active Ohio RN license, with 2–4 years of hospice/home care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• Valid Ohio RN license is required.
• 2–4 years of direct patient care experience in hospice or home care is desired.

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for primary caseload.
• Provides skilled professional nursing care to patients, their families and caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with hospice guidelines.
