Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking an experienced Hospice RN for on-call coverage in Saginaw and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one hospice care in patients' homes, triage calls, and coordinate admissions.

Current Michigan RN license in good standing is required; hospice experience is preferred but not required. You will participate in daily field visits, attend weekly office meetings, and enjoy flexible scheduling with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing.
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers.
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a weekend on call basis.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls.
• Make patient visits.
• Perform tuck-ins.
• Admissions as needed.
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated.
