Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a PRN On-Call Registered Nurse to join our team. You will administer skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, patient, family, and referring agency.

This role requires an RN license, CPR, and 2 years of RN experience. Proficiency with computers and MS Office is preferred. We value compassion, strong communication, and the ability to support patients and families through difficult times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN license and current state driver’s license.
• Two years’ RN experience in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with computers; MS Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide effective support to the patient and family.
• Demonstrate skill in nursing practice and ability to cope with family emotional stress and diverse lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their place of residence.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient, family, and referring agency.
