Job summary

Kin On is seeking a Weekend Supervisor to oversee the nursing stations and ensure staffing levels align with resident care plans and regulatory requirements. The role supports the Director of Nursing and coordinates with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high care standards.

The successful candidate will have an ADN with BSN preferred, WA RN license, and 2–4 years in progressive nursing leadership within a care facility.

Qualifications

• RN leadership experience in a care facility.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compliance with state/federal nursing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing department is fully staffed and functional.
• Supervise weekend operation and nursing care practice.
• Monitor competencies of RNs, LPNs and CNAs; address gaps with DNS guidance.
• Assist DNS with records for narcotics and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to supervise staff and address issues.
