Genesiscareers is searching for an experienced RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering safe, high-quality care across our nursing units. You will lead shift operations, ensure policy compliance, mentor staff, and coordinate with other departments to maintain 24/7 coverage.

The role emphasizes recruiting input, orientation, and promotions decisions, with benefits and a schedule that includes weekends (Friday–Sunday 7A–7P).

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with policies, practice standards and regulations.
• Mentor staff and coordinate care delivery with other departments.
• Maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe 24/7 care.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation and personnel decisions.
