Responsibilities
- Supervise LPNs, Nursing Assistants and others as assigned.
- Oversee patient care on weekend 12-hour shifts and ensure quality and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in rounds as needed.
- Assist with admissions, med administration support, and staffing under policy.
