Job summary

Quadrant Health Group is hiring a weekend Client Care Coordinator with a nursing focus in Pomona, CA. This full-time role covers Friday to Sunday shifts and includes nursing assessments, health monitoring, and medication oversight to ensure client well-being.

You will work closely with clinical staff to provide high-quality care, document thoroughly, and participate in team meetings to maintain safety and standards in a detox/ residential setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in nursing principles and detox protocols.
• Ability to perform COWS and CIWA assessments during detox and treatment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments upon client admission and document intake consents.
• Perform ongoing health assessments including vital signs and observations.
• Monitor and document client health status with accurate reporting.
• Oversee medication administration and documentation, including counts several times a week.
