Job summary

Foundry Front Range is seeking an Intake Coordinator for detox and residential services on weekends. You will welcome clients, manage admissions, verify documents, and input data into the EHR system to ensure a smooth transition into care.

The role requires strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and the ability to work with clinical and operations teams. CPR certification and bilingual English/Spanish are valued assets, with a schedule on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in behavioral health, detox, or residential setting.
• UA testing, client searches, or admissions experience preferred.
• BHT experience preferred; CAT preferred; bilingual English/Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival and manage intake procedures.
• Gather identification, insurance and required documents.
• Complete intake forms and consent paperwork.
• Conduct client searches and secure belongings per policy.
• Administer UA screenings and document results.
• Enter client data into the EHR system accurately and promptly.
• Communicate admission status to Milieu Manager and clinical teams.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and professionalism in crisis situations.
• Keep intake area clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Support BHT and Milieu teams with shift coverage as needed.
• Respect confidentiality and comply with laws and accreditation standards.
• Schedule may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
