Job summary

Quadrant Health Group is hiring Clinical Support Technicians for Wellness Detox LA at 625 E Phillips Blvd, Pomona, CA. Responsibilities include supervising clients, assisting clinical staff, and maintaining safety and compliance in a detox setting.

Qualifications

• Current SUDRC or RADTI certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Pre-employment clearance requirements.
• Experience in clinical/healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional, supportive relationships with clients and staff.
• Provide emotional support, encouragement, and guidance to clients and their families.
• Monitor client safety and wellbeing in residential settings.
• Document client behavior and report observations to clinical staff.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Collect and supervise urine analysis (U/A) testing and document results.
• Observe and document medication self-administration.
• Record medications in EMR and central medication logs.
• Complete intake assessments and consents with clients.
• Conduct patient rounds every 30 minutes and perform routine searches.
• Facilitate groups, outings, and educational sessions.
• Transport clients to meetings and appointments.
• Provide crisis intervention and promote a healthy environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
