Job summary

Quadrant Health Group in Orange County, CA is seeking a Full Time Overnight Float Client Care Coordinator to join our compassionate, treatment-focused team. This role emphasizes nursing assessment, medication monitoring, and ensuring client well-being during overnight shifts across Mission Viejo, Costa Mesa, and Laguna Beach locations.

Qualifications

• LVN/CCMA/EMT/CNA certification required.
• SUDRC or RADTI certification required.
• Minimum 6 months detox/behavioral health/residential experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required or must be obtained before hire.
• Experience with COWS and CIWA assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments at client admission and complete intake consents.
• Perform ongoing health assessments including vital signs and observations.
• Monitor and document client health status with thorough reporting.
• Perform COWS and CIWA assessments during detox.
• Oversee self-administration of medications and document it.
• Count medications at least thrice weekly for accuracy.
• Maintain Centrally Stored Medication Logs in hardcopy and EMR.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with pharmacies and physicians on med orders.
• Ensure proper medication destruction and disposal.
• Collect and supervise urine analyses and BAC samples.
• Administer routine TB tests and document results.
• Provide shift reports to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct patient rounds every 30 minutes for safety.
• Assist with facility supply runs and housekeeping as needed.
