Job summary

The role involves nursing assessments, medication monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with clinical teams to maintain high standards of care for clients in detox and treatment programs.

Qualifications

• Nursing roles require clinical assessment and monitoring.
• Experience with detox protocols is a plus.
• Ability to document accurately and communicate with prescribers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments upon client admission and obtain intake consents.
• Perform health assessments, monitor vital signs and behavioral observations.
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes.
• Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments during detox and treatment.
• Oversee medication administration and maintain documentation.
• Audit nursing records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide shift reports for continuity of care.
